Royal Termal Hotel

Staff were nice. Bathroom was spacious as was the room. They allowed us an early checkin.

Nice staff. Good breakfast.

I would like to thank all hotel staff specially receptionist and Miss Kenza

The breakfast was quite good.

The reception was very supportive especially the Ms I don’t recall here she speaks Arabic was very supportive as we as the all the other staff . The bath toilet was great too

The rooms were spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds. The thermal spa facilities were relaxing, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay.

Hamam in the room ( suite room )

Very good location, just close to the old center, parking lot easy to find, warm and kind personal. Rooms are clean, airy and air-conditioning well functioning (we've been there during a hot summer). Good breakfast. A cafeteria is located at the ground floor with amazing international sweets and coffee. Very good wifi connection.

Hotel di buon livello , stanza grande e doccia incredibile!

I would like to thank sister Kinza , she did great work and helped us and our family. Also sister Kinza informed us about good place to visit in Bursa . Thanks
