The location is perfect. Free tea and coffee on the landing, help yourself. Love the idea of save on towels, and get a free bar drink. This is the 2nd time staying here and there will definitely be a third .

Location, quirkiness , comfort

cool looking place, perfect location, near the station, but still plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, didn't feel as hectic as North of the River.

I liked the ruby hotels as I know they are all a good standard

Slick, modern hotel on a pedestrianised street where there are plenty of food stall, bars and restaurants. Very convenient to Waterloo Station and The New Vic theatre and close to the Southbank Centre. We arrived earlier than expected and the friendly reception staff were able to accommodate an early check-in. We upgraded to a loft room and enjoyed the additional space and private balcony overlooking the street. The hotel's bar is reasonably priced and the breakfast and lunch options are tasty and wholesome. The street can get busy with nightlife, but there was no problem with noise in our room. Would book this place again.

Decor is amazing, both in rooms and bar/ reception area. Reception staff were excellent in terms of welcoming us and explaining everything we needed to know about the hotel. Location is perfect for those after a funky/cool area in walking to anywhere you need to get to in central London.

Room was fab, bed comfy. The location of the hotel is excellent, 5mins from Waterloo station, cafes and bars nearby, 15min walk to Westminister Bridge other attractions and Southbank.

The hotel is in a happening location with a street market right in front, and lots of cute restaurants and cafes around. There is a graffiti tunnel right around the corner, which is cool. The room was silent with no outside noise coming in. There were blackout curtains. The seam was not perfect, but they got the job done. The bed was firm and comfortable.

Was within minutes of Big Ben and other tourist attractions. Bar was open all night and plenty of places to eat nearby.
