S3 King Residence

Great location, excellent staff, washing machine was appreciated. Bedding was quite adequate.

Great location .. central to restaurants Otopark marina and bars. Modern unit with great layout . Elevator for those with luggage. Reception staffed 24//7.

Excellent location for bars restaurants harbour.Very good hotel. Would use again

The size and layout of the apartment were nice, and it had enough storage, which was importsnay for us because we are travelling to a few countries and have 20kg cases with us. The apartment was well equipped and in a central location. The lady at reception was happy to give recommendations when asked and when on duty. Not all staff spoke English though.

Great location, close to great restaurants. Good to have a washing machine and drying rack. Rooms very quiet apart from barking dogs.

The apartment was really comfortable and clean. The bed/pillows were great.

Spacious apartment in the centre of town. Parking right next to it (a bit expensive)

Amazing Stay Perfect Location Highly recommend. Thxx

Great apartments, 24 hour reception, friendly staff. Air conditioning was fantastic. Apartment had everything you needed. Water in fridge on arrival. Facilities in apartment were great. Only downside was the superior apartment's balcony had a big air con unit on there so made sitting on the balcony not great and our room wasn't cleaned or beds made, had to ask reception a couple of time but not sure if that's because the light to indicate clean room was not working, other than that, could not fault it. Would definitely stay again and the location was superb.

Location and staff were amazing!!

It was very conveniently located to cafes/restaurants, shops, markets, boats, buses, old town, and promenade. There was an elevator in the building and someone always at the front desk. The apartment had a firm but comfortable bed, light & dark curtains, A/C in bedroom and living area, good hot water pressure, a washing machine and a safe. The staff were all pleasant and friendly. House keeping was available each day even though we did not always use it.

Very good location to marina, food joints, supermarkets, bus stop/dolmus to oludeniz/blue lagoon, mosque, very spacious and clean, smart t.v, balcony modern decor, 2× aircon, hob and oven, fridge freezer cutlery, lift, nice spacious bathroom

Very nice Apartment. Spacious & has Kettle, Washing Machine, Electric Hob, Cutlery, Slippers, Toiletries, A/C was perfect. Definitely stay here again if visiting Fethiye.

Location Comfortable, private rooms Washing machine was very handy Good couch & television Handy to local supermarkets & boat tour operators

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Great amenities. Super wifi. Lots of food choices around.

We had a fantastic stay at S3 King Residences. The view was fabulous and it was in a very central location, walking distance to most places we wanted to go. The room was excellent and very spacious!!

Property was well located and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay.
