Location was perfect. Facilities very good. Comfortable and able to park the car and leave it for the weekend

Location is wonderful. A good selection of cookware is provided. Staff are very friendly.

Very well located with many amenities nearby. There are 2 to 3 supermarkets available close by. Love the neighbourhood with all the little cafes and restaurants. Transportation is easily accessible with tube Russell sq on the northern line within 5 to 7 mins of walking. The bus stops are also within walking distance. Place is very clean. There is a bit of noise from late afternoon to early evening if the unit is on the lower floors. But not really an issue as the noise subsides by 9 pm or so.

Location was good, just above a good restaurant, a coffee and bar. Near public transport. Appartment was clean and check up was easy. Toilet was good, had a washing machine. Double bed very comfortable.

The property was great, felt really safe using the key fobs to get into the building and to get into the floor you need. Was clean, cosy and very spacious for our two year old to run around and play.

Fantastic location. Great to have serviced apartment with friendly staff there to welcome us and to look after our luggage before and after arrival/departure. Spotlessly clean. Lovely en suite with great shower. Balcony huge and would have been lovely to sit on if we had had the weather.

Check in was great. We met with Jack and he was just lovely. The 2 bedroom apt was perfect for our family of four. It was nice to have a combo washer/dryer in the unit, but warning to adjust the dryer temp before each wash as to not shrink your cottons. The full kitchen and living area space was great. The beds were comfortable. The shower water pressure was great. We used the fans in the bedrooms. The average nightly temp in the bedroom was 76 degrees F. (August/Sept)
