It was fantastic lovely and clean very welcoming just lovely
The breakfast was amazing! We pre ordered the night before and everything was cooked to perfection, fresh and so much options available. Pete and Tracey were amazing from the moment we booked! they communicated with me every step of the way until we checked in. Honestly the best B & B I've stayed in
Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. Perfect location for surrounding area, walking and public transport. Tracey and Pete were the perfect hosts. This B & B has beautiful kerb appeal, the small front garden was really beautiful and a lovely place to sit.
Beautiful B&B, rooms were lovely and so we're the hosts Tracey and Dan.The rooms and hotel were decorated beautifully throughout, absolutely amazing.Spotlessly clean and great location.The breakfast was great all freshly cooked.Would highly recommend staying at Sandway House,we will definitely be back
What a fantastic B&B and wonderful hosts! Everything was perfect - decor, cleanliness, food and comforts. The rooms we had were spotless and the beds so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we were even given homemade cake which we thoroughly enjoyed. Customer care at its best. Can't rate this highly enough.
The location was perfect just a short stroll to the harbour. The breakfast was delicious and even catered for the kids, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Tracey & Pete were warm & inviting, The whole house is beautifully decorated & spotless. our room had a en-suite the bed was comfortable with t v & tea making facility & a small portable fan which was great. Tracy cooked a delicious breakfast and makes her own granola which is good 😊 We found them very helpful & informative wish made our stay enjoyable Would recommend to friends.
The room was lovely and clean Peter and Tracey were amazing hosts.
The property was spotlessly clean and everything was high-quality. The bed was very, very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and well presented. The hosts Pete and Tracey were extremely welcoming and friendly and were there to offer help if needed. We stayed at this guest house during the hottest weekend of the year and we provided with fans to help cool us down.

The hosts, Pete and Tracy, were fantastic - so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was brilliant - lovely selection of cooked food and really tasty homemade granola!. The room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was great to have parking at the rear of the property.
Excellent breakfast plenty of option and Tracy and Paul are lovely comfy bed and had a lovely sleep. House is lovely and is so clean and tidy will return in the future
I had a lovely stay at Sandway House. Pete and Tracey were extremely attentive and helpful. The room was lovely and the breakfast was divine. Location was good as it was walking distance from the train and beach. Would highly recommend.
