Mohammed 10.0

My stay at Sera Lake Hotel was perfect. The hotel is beautiful with a stunning location in Trabzon. The food was absolutely delicious, but it was the staff that made my stay truly special. They were the friendliest I've ever met.A staff member named Utku went above and beyond to help me when my car ran out of gas, personally taking me to the station and handling everything. It's rare to find a hotel this perfect in every way. Highly recommended
