We always love returning to Shangri-La Bosphorus – we’ve stayed here twice, and every time we visit Istanbul, we choose this hotel again. It truly has its own charm and unique atmosphere. The view of the Bosphorus is absolutely stunning, the service is top-notch, and the staff are always exceptionally kind and professional. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection and great quality. The only small thing I would suggest is a renovation of the swimming pool area, but that’s just a minor detail compared to the overall wonderful experience. Shangri-La Bosphorus is a hotel we’ll always be happy to return to whenever we come back to Istanbul.

The staff were wonderful. The hotel felt very cozy and chic .the location was perfect for us.

It‘s very close to Dolmabahçe and several boat lines! The vista of the Bosphorus is amazing! We did enjoy the breakfast as well!

Extremely friendly but discreet staff. Superbly equipped apartment. Two terraces, one with a view of the Bosphorus, the other with a view of the street where life does not stop 24 hours a day, an exceptional experience! Restaurant terrace along the shore of the Bosphorus, an exceptional experience!

Absolutely top notch outstanding hotel, 5 star customer service, room, food and real Turkish hospitality. Spa is a must, we did hamam for two and it was luxurious and unforgettable experience. Breakfast was fabulous. Mr.Mehmet who works in a lounge, we cannot thank you enough for all you did for us - treating us with fresh figs, framing our photo💖🙏🙏you are a true gentleman and kind person. There is no other hotel in the world that treats you like this.
