Apartment is located not too far away from Taksim Square (about 8mins walk). We always end our day walking around Istiklal St for dinner or desserts after a day around Istanbul, which was very convenient. Supermarket is also available nearby. Mr Sadi was very responsive. We had a leaking shower hose upon arrival. Messaged him and by the time we got back to our room in the evening, it was all fixed. Though the apartment may look a bit dated, all appliances work which is way more important for me. Washing machine, stove, iron and heater worked well and our family had a very nice 7 night stay there. Housekeeping is done every other day. Hotel has elevator which was a plus point. During our stay there, we had no issue coming back late, we felt safe reaching home 10-11pm and we are a family with 3 kids.

Goede centrale ligging in het moderne gedeelte van Istanbul. Rustige ligging van de accommodatie. Dichtbij bus- en metrohaltes. Een lange levendige winkelstraat met moderne winkelketens op loopafstand. Knusse straatjes met veel eetgelegenheden rondom de lange winkelstraat. Goede uitvalsbasis voor een city trip Istanbul. De hotelmanager en gastvrouw zijn super aardig en zeer behulpzaam. Complimenten. Onze voorkeur ging uit naar een appartement met twee slaapkamers voorzien van een tweepersoonsbed en twee aparte bedden. Dit had deze accommodatie.

الهدوء داخل الشقق والشارع ونظافه المدخل والشقة الاصنصير ضيق والاثاث جيد بالنسبه لي دوره المياه لاباس فيها بس تحتاج تعديلات وكاميرات على الشارع وبين الادوار والموقع قريب لتقسيم 5 دقايق تقريبآ ويوجد بقالات وكذا مطعم على الشارع اقرب بقاله ومطعم ومكينه صرافه دقيقه المحلات والمقاهي دقيقتين اشكر الاخت شيرين على تعاملها الجميل اي شي نبيه ماقصرت من سوال او اماكن او توجيه اتمنى لها التوفيق . && الاخت شيرين من بعد 5 العصر تكون غير متواجده ويكون الباب الخارجي مغلق وكل مستاجر يكون معه مفتاح واذا كان الوصول بالليل يكون شخص سوري متواجد لفتح الباب.

Good location near Taksim Square with its excellent transport links, but a couple of hundred metres away, which was good for noise and not getting stuck when the square was closed. There is a good mix of restaurants, take-away food, and small supermarkets nearby for convenience (our favourites were just up the stairs almost directly opposite the building). The staff were lovely and available via WhatsApp as needed, with wonderful cleanliness after cleaning every 2-3 days. The suite was very clean and fresh, with good air conditioning and hot water, and a great shower. Having the washing machine was wonderful and there was plenty of storage space and comfortable places to sit. We were there for a long stay (11 nights) and wouldn't hesitate to go back. The common areas were always clean and bright and the lift was reliable, which was crucial to us. We felt we had lots of space and privacy.

We were there for almost 2 weeks. The location was perfect and close to Taksim and Kabataş port. Whenever we needed something, the host provided it. Our host was nice and helpful. We were there in March. First week was a little bit cold but the heating system was good, even we didn't have to put it in high temperature
