Shibden Mill Inn

Shibden Mill Inn is a family-run inn on Shibden Mill Fold in the Shibden Valley, about three miles outside Halifax. The 17th-century former mill overlooks Red Beck and has been restored with its character intact.

Homely en suite rooms have a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, tea and coffee facilities and bathrobes, and there is a DVD library. The restaurant cooks with local produce and the bar has log fires. There is also a terrace and a garden.

WiFi and parking are free. Room service, in-room breakfast, packed lunches and meeting rooms are offered. A good match for couples after valley walks, good food and a quiet country stay.
