Breakfast and location were great! Sukru Araz was fantastic for fulfilling my bucket list activities. He is extremely resourceful and full of knowledge of the best local activities to attend. Also, very efficient for following through on tasks. Anything I requested, he provided. Sukru is the person who makes Sirkeci Mansion so special!!

Welcoming from The moment we stepped through the door. Exceptionally Informative managerial staff. Exceptional location. Special free guided walks to hidden away corners of Istanbul a much appreciated extra Honey comb for breakfast astonishing luxury! In amongst an already huge choice of fare.

Great location, in the Old City centre, close to many attractions, but on a pedestrian street, so no traffic noise at night. We were on the third floor in a room with a balcony with good views over Gülhane Park. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, very clean, quiet and comfortable bed in room with air-conditioning. The breakfast was amazing, a variety of hot dishes every morning, various types of eggs, sometimes börek, sometimes falafels, and also staples like cereals, bread, jams, cheeses and cold meats, plus fresh fruits, nuts and yoghurt. Every day, complimentary afternoon tea was on offer, with Turkish and apple teas and simits (bagel-like rolls) - a great way to refuel after a day's sightseeing. The swimming pool and sauna were pleasant, I also booked a massage which was so relaxing.

This well-managed property is located within walking distance to nearly everything you will want to see and do in Istanbul. The rooms are elegantly designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet features delicious Turkish and European options that change daily, so there is always something new to discover. But the real heart of this hotel is the staff—from the warm welcome (traditional Turkish tea and a thorough orientation to Istanbul) to the many fascinating walks and activities they organise for guests—these lovely people are among the best in the business. I travel to Istanbul at least once a year, and Sirkeci Mansion is the only place I will stay—each trip feels like visiting family.

Excellent location, lovely character decor and staff that consistently went above and beyond in so many ways. They took care of bookings for restaurants and taxis, found us female masseuses for a hammam. Provided bottled water anytime - the list is endless!!

Attractive hotel furnished in Turkish style with outstanding service from wonderful attentive staff, who couldn't do enough to help. Excellent location in a delightful neighborhood in the old city, surrounded by multitudes of eateries, and shops selling textiles, rugs, tiles, tea, cakes & sweets. Walking distance to all the sights and close to the tram if you need to go further. Delicious buffet breakfast. Comfy beds with daily fresh linen. The swimming pool, sauna and gym downstairs are a real asset for travellers. The massage and Hammam service is fantastic! The walking tours with staff member Okay are exceptional. We totally loved our stay there 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I loved everything there.We felt so welcomed and very safe.The room was clean and food was great.People there were very helpful and friendly. Spa was small but very clean and quiet. All the main attractions were close.And Gülhane park just around the corner. ❤️
