Skalion Hotel & SPA

Excellent breakfast on the rooftop each morning watching the sunrise over Istanbul. Location is excellent - close to the tram and old city. Comfortable beds - rooms clean and tidy. Free upgrade - staff were very accommodating.

Amazing breakfast Location, only 10 mins walk to Blue Mosque/tram stop Friendly staff

Everything was amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet (back side, not facing the road). Quality bed linen. The best part was the amazing breakfast! Soooooo much variety (menu changes slightly each day). The food was delicious! And great views from everywhere in the restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back again. The only thing to be aware of is the walk to the T1 is uphill. So, might be difficult for you if you have problems with walking hills.

Friendly staff. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was clean and worked well. Plenty of hot water.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean, small but what you’d expect for a city break! The breakfast was exceptional, lots of fresh options and replenished frequently. The views from the roof terrace were wonderful. The staff were all extremely personable and helpful which made for a lovely visit.

Good sized family room and facilities. Nice hotel staff. Courteous and helpful. Lovely breakfast options. Good selection of complimentary toiletries, etc, tea/coffee and free water daily. Very helpful with any requests and booking transport to attractions.

Quick, clean, functional

The hotel is clean, close to transport, lots of restaurants around and staffs are very friendly, cooperative and welcoming always there to help. Staffs and customer service is brilliant. I do recommend this place. Thanks to all staffs.

Staff were lovely. Beautiful rooftop terrace for breakfast which was very nice. Rooms were small but comfortable with good air conditioning and shower pressure.

We had a beautiful stay at Skalion Hotel. Huge thanks to Mariem, Natia, Veysel, and the whole team — everyone was so kind and welcoming. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back! 😊

The highlight of the stay was the outstanding buffet breakfast. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. It’s around 20 mins walk to some major tourist attractions such as the Cistern, Blue Mosqe etc. Nice location with lots of lively restaurants nearby. Good bed. Air con, a mini bar and tea & coffee making facilities were a bonus. The shower was really good with plenty of hot water.

Nice breakfast Buffet, Nice staff
