No staff on site but very quick response to queries during our stay.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The house was located in a really quiet street, although wasn't very close to the city center but the nearest bus stop was just in a one minute walk so it wasn't a problem.

It was a very pleasant stay! We felt very good! The room was very clean, equipped with everything we needed (kettle, hairdryer and even a bag of food for breakfast). The water worked very well and the room was heated. The area is very quiet, the bus station is close and very easy to get to the center. We were also helped with transportation upon departure by the owners. A wonderful location!!

Efficient self check in procedure. Free parking behind the property. Located in an attractive part of Edinburgh on the south side of the city. On a main bus route into the city centre if you don't want the 20 minute walk. Comfortable room with breakfast supplies provided in the room.

The room was very clean, had an old style charm with modern facilities. A very nice complimentary breakfast was provided on all days. The host was very responsive and gave us good recommendations.

Comfortable, spacious room with pleasant wallpaper and very comfortable beds. Also small touches like the breakfast bag and fresh fruit.

Staff very friendly and helpful. So many nice touches like a bowl of fresh fruit in the lobby for guests to choose from and snacks in the room. Room was wonderful with gorgeous view. Close to bus stop.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The location was easy to get to from downtown and the neighborhood seemed safe. Staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

Well organised, this crew is doing this very professionally. Everyone we met was quite lovely, the breakfast bags were a positive surprise! Super convenient to take the bus to the city center.

The room was clean and confortable. I had asked for a double bed and we got two single beds. The location is a little far from the main attractions but you have various buses near by which made it wasier for us to move around.

The rooms were a good size and the shower was larger than in other hotels we have stayed in. Our room was beautifully taken care of each day and snacks, tea and coffee were always welcome.

Big and comfortable bed. Good location with nearby stores, walking distance to city centre and nearby bus station. Daily snacks both in the room and at common area. Ruthie was really helpful and has provided us with wonderful customer service, we enjoyed our stay :) Thank you!
