Location. Nice size room. Clean.

Location and friendliness of the staff.

Room was clean, in a quiet part of hotel and had air conditioning. Bed was comfortable. Crisp clean bed linen and soft white towels. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice and helpfull people working there, clean and fresh rooms. Really enjoyd it. Read a couple of bad reviews before i got there but i do not agree with them. I found the place really good.

The staff is extremely nice

Good, location , good value for money

Convenient location, very clean and comfortable room.

It was clean and comfortable, basic but functional.

Very clean and location was excellent. The staff interactions were good.

It was a very nice hotel, clean, spare, functional, easy on the eye. Close to Camden, within reach of everything else, be it by bike or train or foot. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The place is great value for money and for London is a spacious room with own bathroom which was perfect for us. Facilities were good. Overall location is good for public transport and close to central London.

The room was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and decent facilities. The price was competitive and the staff were helpful. It was easy to get additional things like loo roll and coffee once we realised they were downstairs.

It's really centrally located, the staff were great. Extremely clean. Clean and comfortable bed. Free filtered water everywhere. Nice little fridge. Temperature controls in the room are intuitive, and could open the window for fresh air.
