Very clean and modern

clean quiet lovely

This is a modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Tea, coffee, biscuits and water all complimentary. Comfy bed and hotel is in a great position and very quiet during our stay. We had a room on the third floor which was a decent size.

Location and air conditioning

Great experience overall. Exceptional location; just a few steps from the Earl’s Court metro station. Loads of amenities round the hotel. The hotel itself was clean, the staff friendly and the room had everything we needed.

The hotel is in an incredible location. Literally a 5 min walk to earls court tube and about a 30 min cab from Heathrow. The deluxe room is huge and the rooms are beautifully designed. When checking in the receptionist was cheerful and happy to help us. We had to give a form of ID and a £100 deposit. Not an issue for us and I’ve had plenty hotels ask in the past but just something to be aware of. The security deposit was returned within half an hour of us checking out.

It’s compact but it’s very clean and modern and for myself on my own was perfect. Good location too, just a few minutes walk from Earls Court tube station and plenty of nearby shops.

Very clean, smelt new and freah

Accomodation was easily accessible from Heathrow using the Underground. It was also a great base for exploring London.

Stylish and clean

Great location, short walk to Earls Court Station and an M&S food shop. Easy check in, Clean room and nice and modern hotel. Also found our room to be quiet with good air conditioning and good black out curtains for sleeping.

Very comfortable, clean, modern rooms and comfy beds.

Perfect Location near the tube station

Based on the reviews I had read post booking I was expecting a really poor stay but I was pleasantly surprised and the hotel exceeded my expectectations, granted they were fairly low. I stayed for one night, good location minutes from Earls Court tube station. The room was clean, well appointed with all the necessary amenties, with all facilities and decor seemingly relatively new/recent. The room wasn't big, nor was it particularly small, stayed in smaller, didn't need anything else for the purposes of my stay.

Loved how close it was to the tube! Super convenient location, and wonderful staff, and accommodation.

The rooms were spotless and the bedding was lovely. Nice bathroom and toiletries provided. There was also plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits and even water in the fridge. The double room was on the small side, but the triple room was a bonus- so many hotels won’t cater for 3 in a room, and we all had comfy single beds.
