Rating: 2–3/5 Review: The hotel selection and booking process on Booking.com are good, but neither the hotel nor Booking.com provided any response to my health-related emergency and compensation requests. No Communication at all no clear guidance, and there was no adequate path to resolution. I’d like to see responses and a transparent process for medical-related refunds or credits.

Ilham 8.0

We had the opportunity to stay again at Suena Hotel, where I stayed 4 years ago. The changes made this year have made the hotel even more enjoyable. Everything was beautiful. We were very pleased with everything from the location to the staff. Thank you Suena.
