location is very convenient, lots of restaurants nearby. View is excellent from the rooftop terrace. breakfast is pretty good.Will definitely recommend this hotel.

room was nice, comfy beds, great spacious shower..everything was clean...breakfast was ok, classic offer, it was enough to start a day...no complain on anything regarding the accomodation

Breakfast was good if you got in early

The property is very nice and centrally located. Just opposite to where the balloon takes off. Breakfast was also nice. Tekin is a very kind person allowed us a late checkout. Also kept our bags without any problem. Will visit again.

The 3 bed dorm was clean and a very good value for this price. I also very much appreciated the fact that the staff accepted to check me in at 8 am after I arrived by overnight bus! The staff is nice and the hotel is well located, close to the shops and restaurants.

The bedroom was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable and big. The staff was very polite and friendly.

This hotel is an outstanding value. The staff were excellent and helped me set up a tour, gave me good advice about what to do in town, and sent me a forgotten item when I left. They went above and beyond for me. I loved the view from the dining room on the top floor, particularly in the mornings where you can see most of the hot air balloons in the valley. There was easy access to tons of hiking trails and lots of restaurants. Wifi was good.

Excellent location. Fabulous staff. Great breakfast. The view of the balloons from the covered verandah in the morning is stunning. Sunrise and sunset stunning. Exceeded our expectations. 5 minute walk to town. We stumbled upon this when we arrived in town and we highly recommend the stay. We had a family room with 3 beds.

Nice family owned and operated hotel, they tried hard to make sure we had a good time in Cappadocia. The owner arranged our balloon reservation and his brother kindly woke up at 330am to make sure it went smoothly. Tasty breakfast cooked and served by the ladies of the family.

It is close to the balloon spot and the restaurants. The owner and his wife is so kind and serve an excellent breakfast.
