I stayed in Trabzon for 1 day. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location was very convenient — right near Meydan, and the airport is just a 10-minute bus ride away. The room was great, clean and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel!

Friendly staff (and many thanks to Erdal who was of great help to me!! Especially for this tired tourist.). The hotel was in a good location to walk to my meeting point for my Sumela Monastery tour transport, and on my final day for taking a dolmus to Ataturk Pavilion (I also walked in the quiet neighborhood by the Pavilion). Plus the hotel is so close to the airport. I slept well! They have breakfast included, the hotel has traditional decor with authentic architectural features, and was very clean. I noticed they have an outdoor area with tables but the weather was wet and cool so I believe that is for the warmer months. I booked the discounted room so a tall person may not like the slanted roofline (especially in the bathroom). It is an easy walk to the town center where there are restaurant choices, and I also walked down to a park by the Sea which was a beautiful and pleasant before catching dinner. I rated this hotel high because of the overall value which was perfect for my needs. People in town and my tour guides were familiar with the hotel. Thanks Erdal for all of your help, your English was perfect and I am glad I talked to you so you could also share some of your background including that of basketball management (these conversations are the things that make travel interesting)!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was super convenient, the place was very clean, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great too—lots of tasty options to choose from.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything is clean. Nice towels and bed linen. The location is close enough to the old town and the waterfront.
