The location is very good, the stuff are very kind and helpful, near to bus and metro only 10 minutes walk.

The staff was so nice. The room was clean, confortable, the street is safe, the breakfast was good and varied.

It's close to the Taksim square - 5 minutes walking, but situated on a very quiet street so if you value lack of noise during night time then you should definitely check this place out. I also enjoyed their breakfast which is served from 8am to 10.30am and offers variety of local cheeses and other breakfast staples. The members of staff were always friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and dedicated staff. My request to repair the safety box in my room was immediately taken, despite the late evening. The location is convenient, situated close to the subway station and the airport bus stop. Simple but tasty breakfast.

The location is excellent, extremely close to the metro. Although be prepared to walk hilly streets in Istanbul - it’s Istanbul! The staff were brilliant, although nice, courteous and willing to help. Breakfast was delicious and peaceful. We had a balcony room, although there aren’t lots of views, it was just peaceful to sit outside in the mornings for fresh air.

It’s a family owned property run & maintained by themselves, breakfast buffet was great full of variety to choose from, close to Taksim Square, shops, groceries and the Havabus to & from the airport. The room that we’re in was spacious, there were a lot of cats along the street some even want to come inside the hotel. Close to Stiklal Street where people shops and dine. There’s a lot of restaurants around.

The breakfast was very fresh . and the hot meals was prepared every morning . with cold juices , and hot tea , and coffee .

Nis is a best kept secret amongst places close to Istiqlal Street, centrally located at about 5 minutes from Taqsim Square, tucked away in streets peppered with barber shops and eateries, the place is run by Mr. Osman and his family, a group of hardworking, courteous and caring individuals, who try their best to make you feel home away from home. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is well-cooked and cleanliness is regularly (fresh linen, towels, etc. every day) maintained. Being a small management they respond and cater to all concerns rapidly and resolve them quickly. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay again. Five stars all the way.

It was a good stay! Location very good, close to public transport, located in a quiet part of the street. The hotel belongs to a very nice family, lovely people, always smiling and helpful! You can feel the family atmosphere in the air. Breakfast very tasty.

Everything about Nis hotel was great , Osman , mutazz , and the great cook Dunya , very happy with everything , that was a great vacation , the hotel staff made it like home for us .
