Taksim Trust Hotel & Suites

Khalid was a very nice staff. He made the staff a fun

Great location. Very friendly staff. Shout out to Khalid very helpful and friendly receptionist.

It's in a very central location so I i liked that. Also the hotel clerk, Poorya, was amazing and was there to help me my entire stay!! He made my stay the absolute best!

Good value for money. Dont expect too much, but its quite economical. It is cleaned daily and quite sanitary. There is working AC, TV and fridge. The staff is quite helpful, including Halit.

The location of the hotel was very good. The hotel has a good location relative to Esteghlal Street. Access to the metro and buses is very easy. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, especially poorya and Khaled. The room was clean and tidy. It was a very good experience.

Manager Khaled's customer service was excellent!

Stuff were lovely. Khaled was very helpful. The location is excellent.

Great location and met all our travel needs. Taksim center was also a short walk away and always fun to walk in at the end of the day. Khaled was our receptionist and he was super helpful. He had wonderful recommendations and was kind during all his interactions. Would stay here again.

Given I was not looking for anything extravagant for a 2 night stay, my experience was quite pleasant! Guven and Khaled were so lovely, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and be available for all sorts of assistance. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well maintained which are often the two things I focus on when looking for accommodation. I found the location to be super convenient and did not at all feel unsafe!

Very convenient location and super friendly and helpful staff, especially Halit and Poyraz. I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room and they got someone to fix it the same day despite it already being kind of late.

My days in this hotel were amazing, the staff very helpful, always supporting with anything we needed, specially Khaled, I have amazing memories in Taksin, very good location close to the centre of the city, 100% I recommend this hotel!!!!
