The apartment was tastefully decorated, very comfortable and had everything I needed, including tea-making facilities, fresh milk, iron, ironing board. The sitting area with sofa was very comfortable as was the double bed. The shower was an excellent pressure and easily adjustable. The location was great.

Helpful personnel, especially Maria, super responsive, she was there to cater to all of our needs, and sweet enough to congratulate us on our wedding, organising a complementary bottle of champagne and the cutest card. First day we have encountered a cold bathroom and a clog in the shower, but upon request everything was fixed in a timely fashion.

We managed to get early check in and late check out which was great, great location to get into central London and in a very quiet area.

If you are looking for a nice place that is quiet at night without the noise and hubbub, this place is perfect, yet it is close enough to the underground that everywhere is close by.

Couldn't believe how big the room was for central London, kitchenette was a great addition. Comfy bed. Staff really friendly and helpful.

The room size was exactly what we wanted, and the bed was separated from the living area so we could sit down and relax when we were not out. A small kitchen was extremely useful, and the room had everything we needed. I wanted the floors to be hardwood because of my allergies. The place was very clean which was the first thing I noticed. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are supermarkets and restaurants a few minutes away. So, we couldn't ask for more.

We had a one bedroom property. It was perfect for me and my daughter. Perfect location, only a two minute walk to the tube station or a 15 minute walk to Covent Garden. Very quiet at night.
