The Clermont London, Victoria

Location amazing ! Lovely hotel will definitely be back

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and we got a room upgrade which was a brilliant surprise which made our stay exceptional

Lovely property, very central, safe, easy check in, nice breakfast

Great location and even more so if you arrive at Gatwick Airport and catch the Gatwick Express to London Victoria. As you get off the train there is an entrance about 5 minutes walk from the platform to a back entrance to the hotel reception. About 12 steps to climb but you are straight into reception. Unbelievable. Added to that it’s a lovely place to stay and easy to commute to many places in London. Buckingham Palace is only a very short walk as well. Excellent breakfast. Why look elsewhere.

Fantastic location, staff were helpful and friendly and great choice for breakfast.

Loved the building inside and out

Great location, the lobby is really nice, the staff were great as well.

The touches were fabulous, teddy in the room for my daughter. Refreshments brought to the room on rainy days. Delicious breakfast.

It’s lovely. Clean. Been modernised. Very central but quiet. Rooms have double glazing. Staff lovely.

Location top Room size top I loved that everything in mini bar is free.

Suite was very comfortable and quiet despite being on the main road side. Its our third stay here but we keep coming back because the experience is always good.

We were welcomed very warmly, the doorman carried our suitcase up the stairs from outside. The check-in was very smooth, friendly and went out of their way to find us a good room and welcome my daughter. The room was large and comfortable with a bath and separate shower. Sound proofed windows, high ceilings and lots of light.

Stunning hotel, great location for theatre trip. Brilliant breakfast buffet.

Hotel was in ideal location for what I needed. Very fresh smell on arrival and easy check in process. Were able to check in early as per the note I left. This was an added bonus for me due to a busy schedule in London. The room upgrade was lovely. Room was tidy and clean and met expectations. Bathroom was very nice with heated towel rail and heated floor. Breakfast was at a good time, and lots of variety. Food was very nice and plenty of choice on offer. Check out was easy and was also allowed to leave baggage until later in the day of check out. This was also great for me too. It was for a birthday trip and the hotel gave a cupcake and balloon with happy birthday written on it with a note from the management. This was a lovely touch and very appreciated.

Fabulous hotel, close to major landmarks.
