The Cleveland

Great location, our room was fab and the beds were very comfortable

Great Location with several Transport Connection Points in walking distance. Cosy and clean with a Great Team supporting the guests.

the price was reasonable for London and location was great

Rooms were spacious, clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Allowed us to check in early. Kitchen appliances were available and ready to use, shelves were stocked. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Lovely room: spacious and well equipped. Friendly staff too. The fridge and mini kitchen were a welcome surprise. Located on a charming square.

Comfortable room and warm & helpful welcome. Facilities were good and the cupboard hiding the kitchenette was a great touch. Clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and was very close to Paddington station. It was also easy to walk around. I would recommend this family room - very comfortable for 4.

Clean, with great size rooms and good facilities, excellent and friendly staff that were willing to help. Location is good for underground with a bit of a walk but not excessive. Excellent value and I will consider again.

Great location and well equipped room.Although the room is a little bit tiny, the kitchen is perfect, with all the kitchenware and microwave, refrigerator. The hotel is 10 mins walk from paddington station, very convenient to go outside London and to the airport directly. Besides, the staffs are really helpful and friendly. They give me warm welcome and teach me how to use the facilities patiently although I arrived at midnight. Thanks！ ps.Hope the next booking room is not in the underground floor😂

The location was great, the room big, and the personnel helpful.

I have stayed here before and found the location excellent for me. I also loved the kitchenette because being a solo traveller I could organise my own meals. The staff were friendly, the area felt safe and there were always people around. There are restaurants close by. I would stay here again.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped little kitchen and comfortable bed. A short walk from tube stations and retail/ restaurants. Perfect for a two day trip.

Fantastic location on a dead end street (quiet!) near Paddington station - so you can get anywhere, including Heathrow Airport, easily. Cute room with small useful kitchen area.

Good beds, cleanliness of the rooms, good location

Good location near Paddington, quiet street on dead end so no traffic noise, lovely building and street, nice and helpful staff, nice local pub within a block, convenient to Hyde Park, large room with nice street view and some nice architectural features
