Dog friendly hotel. Good value for central location. Excellent front of house staff.

Beds were good and room cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was good for 12 pound price. Only thing missing was that there was no eggs or warm food options available, but good options for paistries and bread together with jougurt, fruit salad, cereals, muesli, different jams etc. Coffee and juice options included.

The room was spacious, and had an electric kettle, desk and TV. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for me to share with my friend. The breakfast was nice and included a variety of food and beverages. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The location was walking distance to a lot of shops, stores and restaurants and neat the tube station.

Character-filled hotel on the edge of Hyde Park / Kensington Gardens - such a great location to base yourself for a London visit. We went walking or running in the park every day. Easy access to the tube and walkable from Paddington station, even with suitcases. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location but be aware the local tube stations have a tendency to close without notice due to short staffing issues with TfL. This is not the fault of the hotel but worth noting when making travel plans. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and happy to help with arrangements, travel, local advice etc A nice big window, very high ceilings and a large room.
