Location was great and the check out procedure easy. Room was clean. I asked for a ground floor room as there is no elevator and my suitcase was huge, and they gave it to me. Very pleasant staff at check in.

The location was absolutely perfect, a plethora of restaurant choices, walking distance to so many major highlights and easy access to the underground trains, buses, rail services, theatres and so much more.

The room was bigger than expected. We had the top floor. Don't bring large luggage. The stairs are narrow. We knew this so not a problem for us. The water was hot.The bed was comfortable. Many restaurants. Quieter neighbourhood.

The room was comfortable, clean and having a coffee machine was a nice bonus. The location is great in being next to lots of nice places to eat and a short hop from Victoria tube station.

Helpful friendly staff who helped us with luggage storage after checkout as flight home was later that night. Great location. Close to transport - trains, bus and taxi. Hop on hop off bus location was close. Great food choices in local area and supermarket close by. Updated facilities which were clean and served daily. Comfortable beds Quality products in bathroom. Tea and Coffee machine in room.

The room was spacious for the price, spotlessly clean, a lovely bathroom and elemis products. It was quiet and in a good location, not too far from Victoria Station. It had tea and coffee making facilities as well as a safe in the room.

Ground floor room to rear of building ( room 203) Very clean, staff welcoming. Air conditioning, worked 1st night only, not a big issue, just a comment.... Tea, coffee, etc. in the room, and toiletries in the shower room. Quite a small double room, but adequate for our needs.Safe area with pubs and restaurants close by. Excellent for Victoria railway station. Good price for where you're situated...
