It’s very short walk to the attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful.

The staff was really helpful and kind. Our room was cleaned every single day. They refilled the body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, we got clean towels always. Clean bathroom, clean room. The room is not going to be perfect, we had some paint coming off in the corners, but consider that the buildings over there are not new. Compared to the circumstances they try to make the best out of it. They even folded our pijamas that we left on the bed. Small detailes but it made our staying pleasant. The breakfast was nothing fancy, but we always got full and it was a huge help. We didn't have to start our day by searching for a breakfast place and spend a lot of money on it throughout the week we stayed. The rooms are not huge but don't expect that from such an area, but it was more than enough for 2 of us. There is no elevator in the hotel, in case someone needs it consider this fact, but the staff helps you to take your luggage up. All in all, we'll have nice memories from this place :D

The location is very convenient if you want to visit the Sultanahmed area. Tram stops are just a short walk away. Staff at reception very nice. Staff at kitchen and breakfast are wonderful. Room kept clean every day. Abundant breakfast and good value for money. The cafe next door. Restaurants down the street.

As a frequent visitor to Istanbul, I can state without hesitation that this hotel is outstanding. The location is unbeatable, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff are the kind of attentive, genuinely kind people who make you feel at home instantly. There’s a fresh, pleasant scent throughout the property. Showers have strong water pressure with plenty of hot water, and the air-conditioning is quiet and efficient. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace is excellent. Check-in and check-out were seamless. They kindly accommodated an early check-in, and we were able to leave our baggage after check-out. The neighborhood feels safe and lively, with excellent restaurants and cafés steps away. The property has been freshly renovated and looks faaaaar more impressive than the photos on Booking suggest. Overall, it’s exceptional value for the area.

Great host on the desk - went above and beyond to help us with our rides, carrying our bags up the street from where the arranged taxi dropped us off - we were in a strange country and nervous, but they looked after us every step of the way.
