The hotel was well situated for our visit to Royal Albrrt Hall. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent. Would sray here again.

The location was great, the room was nicely decorated, and it was very quiet in the room. Air-conditioning was a big plus too! And the toiletries were lovely.

Very welcoming team, great cocktails and fun decor. Great location with close proximity to Natural History and Science Museums including the lesser visited V&A, the latter of which provides the best lunch and afternoon pastries option of the 3.

Quirky but creative décor of Hotel and room. Made staying an experience in its own right. Great Location for Kensington and the three major Museums, V&A, Science and Natural History Museum plus the Albert Hall. Friendly staff and fabulous breakfast .
