Front desk staff helpful EXCELLENT masseuse Selma is WORLD CLASS Do not miss massage with her but be aware 40% discount for massage services was not honored or offered! fantastic breakfast water gets all over the floor when you shower allowed to use steam room pool and sauna 12-7pm without charge nice

The Beyaz Saray was just perfect for our first stay in Istanbul. The Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cisterna and the Great Bazaar can be reached by foot easily. The staff was kind and helpful, our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was nice too, there was a lot of different foods (soups, vegetables, cheese, bread, fruits and sweets) to try which varied on a daily basis.
