Very friendly professional staff

Smooth check in process, generously sized room with use of the mini bar. We had an amazing dinner in the restaurant which I'd recommend. The staff were very friendly however a little slow when requesting things to be delivered to the room, e.g. the Iron. But all in all a good stay!

My new favourite hotel! It was perfect. The staff are a credit to this hotel. Polite, friendly, professional and helpful. Our room (202) had a veiw of the shard, a large comfy bed, with gorgeous pillows and bedding, they thought about everything, with complimentary water, tea, coffee hot chocolate, soft drinks, crisps and biscuits. The old Grammer school building is stunning, especially the dining hall. The breakfast was well worth the money, we often don't opt to pay for breakfast as its overpriced. But this was a treat, I highly recommend the Indian breakfast, fresh, tasty and beautifully served. Must come back to experience dinner. I am very hard to please, I am big on value for money and service, a treat should feel like one and be perfect. This hotel and its staff nailed it 100%. I have no idea why it doesn't have 5 stars on every review. A note there is a car park with half a dozen spaces. But if you have a blue badge there a 2 disabled spaces ( not time limited) directly outside the hotel. A side note I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, I woke up without pain, was comfortable, the room Was a perfect temperature. I can rarely say this. There is a lift also for those that need it.

Location excellent staff were exceptional the headmaster cocktail is definitely one to try especially at happy hour !!

Brilliant location, brilliant rooms and a genuinely lovely hotel.

We were extremely well looked after at the Lalit, The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, And the food was excellent, which was served in the Great Hall! ! We were able to park our car easily, and close to the entrance ! It was our first visit to the Lalit, and we shall certainly be returning. Thank you to everyone at the Lalit !

Location is great for Tower and close enough to city. Close to London bridge station and connections. Plenty of restaurants near by.
