The location is good, and staff is quite nice.

We were celebrating my 37 year old daughter's birthday. The Langham Hotel staff went out of their way to help celebrate this momentous event. They sent champagne, helium balloons, a fruit platter, a cake and a hand written card to my daughter's room.

Staff were amazing. All very friendly and polite and go the extra mile. As you would expect really. Lovely aroma throughout the hotel Very clean Rooms spacious, good size bed and very quiet. Couldn’t hear any noises which was great. Pool was lovely. Great temperature.

Every element, from the staff and service to the interiors and story behind the pink, makes it a place I would return to again and again.

It’s a lovely homely place.

The hotel is historic and beautifully maintained. The location was great—we walked everywhere. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The attention to detail is remarkable. For example, individual sweetener packets are enclosed separately in cardboard sleeves on the breakfast table. Never saw that before.
