Recently refurbished hotel. We stayed in the level premium room which was very spacious for a London hotel. Loved the little touches like a water filter on the shower, complimentary fruit in the room, and the level lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and great selection - omelette especially was delicious. This is a great price for a central London hotel. It’s a half hour walk from King’s Cross and easy reach of Marylebone high street. I shopped around for a well priced hotel, many in or around the area are much more expensive for a smaller room.

The Executive Lounge is well worth the extra as its a great place to go and set up in between meetings/trips out...Great layout with lots of different settings combinations to suit couples/families/ work colleagues...a great space to meet and share great food and drink.

We loved the ambience, homely yet chic, staff were exceptional, could not be more helpful, loved the whole atmosphere felt very welcome , only downside for our old bones we are used to a softer bed, but when we come again will check if you have a topper. Will definitely recommend thank you
