Staff Morning treats and coffee Location

The hotel is very nice and cozy, our room was quiet and the staff was very helpful and made us feel like home - especially Cash who was very friendly. I recommend the place, the location is great and there are many small restaurants and bars nearby.

Excellent location, a 10-minute walk to London Victoria Station. The hotel is near several restaurants and convenience stores. Taking an Uber from this location won't break the bank, especially if you need to rush to a meeting or other urgent matter. If not, walk to jump on the tube. The staff are friendly and ready to help. I will come back for sure.

We loved the friendly staff. Anna was very attentive and the hotel was very clean, comfortable and ideal location.

The location of the property is close to public transport systems. It is in a very pleasant safe and quiet area served by nearby eateries and pubs

It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and spacious and the reception were very helpful.

Beautiful Place ,very comfortable and welcoming, small but well furnished in British style. excellent location and very kind staff. they satisfied all our requests. we will probably return here.

Great staff, make you feel at home.

The absolute best staff, so friendly, spoiled our two little boys with pastries and fresh hot chocolates. Our room was ready early, which was nice. Easy to call for an Uber with the machine in the lobby. Walkable area. Free tea and coffee and pastries for breakfast.

Beautiful place in a great location. It's a pretty quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful. An ideal place for families. We will definitely come back — thank you for everything!

Close to nearby attractions, friendly stuff, clean room, fresh bakeries and coffee served every day.

Location was so good, close to a lot of restaurants and places like Buckingham Palace. Staff was friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations for our trip.
