Easy to check in - theres a lovely small outdoor area to sit in - good shower pressure - clean bathroom and dorm room - two bathrooms so there was always at least one free - bunk bed didnt make much noise when getting in/out - lovely staff and great comms from them. Good place to stay.for something simple - great location, right next door to the tube station - the small lockers are not in the bunk room so you can get to your things without waking up the others for early/late times - there is a communal open wardrobe in the middle of the room - those staying seemed to be mostly travellers and no issues

The rooms are clean and instructions are clearly mentioned and communicated via message. Location is easily accessible with tube or bus. Many restaurants are available near for food and drinks.

Since my preferred hotels were fully booked, I had to switch to a hostel. It was the first time in my life that I had booked a hostel. It was a pleasant experience, and the communication beforehand was very friendly. The hostel was clean, and everyone in the room was considerate. The location is excellent, about a 15-minute walk to King's Cross. If I had to book a hostel again, this would be my choice.

The localisation is the biggest advantage. There is an underground and bus station right next to the hostel and a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Beds are clean, they provide a towel.

1. Excellent location - about 40 minutes train ride from Heathrow Airport, a few steps away from Mornington Crescent Station, major sites e.g. Buckingham Palace are easily accessible by train, lots of shops (e.g Marks and Spencer) and restaurants are within walking distance. 2. Room and bathrooms were kept spotlessly clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. 3. The lounge area is lovely and free tea is available in the lounge, which was welcomed. 4. My roommates were amazing, so respectful and keen to help. A special thank you to Saanika, Caroline, Anna and Julie. 5. The staff, when approached were very helpful. Even the owner, Mark was very kind when I requested a late checkout as my flight was only at 10pm.
