Super friendly and accommodating boutique hotel that served me very well. They offered me a room early in the day even though I had forgotten even to request it! That was so helpful after a long flight. They offered me complimentary breakfast and coffee. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The exec rooms are spacious and airy, so well and elegantly designed too.

Despite the room is quite minimal with its design and furniture, it has everything one needs, nice attention to small details. Very comfy mattress, still fluffy white towels, good cleanliness of the room, nice spacious bathroom. Good temperature control in the room, considering that we always get cold in London. Friendly and attentive service in the reception.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The room was very nice and clean, and housekeeping took great care of it every day, which made it really pleasant to come back to after a long day of walking. The location was okay and worked fine for our stay.

I booked a weekend stay for my daughter to celebrate her birthday. Staff at the hotel kindly upgraded their room upon arrival. They also brought her treats, which is a very well-appreciated surprise. My daughter said it was the best hotel experience ever!
