The room was very comfortable. Breakfast ok. Quite at night. I was worried beforehand after reading bad reviews, but overall I enjoyed my stay here. Not far from metro station and city centre.

This hotel matched my expectations incredibly, the staff were very welcoming and kind, the food was various and I liked the fact it was 100% Turkish and freshly made, even though the room I took was a bit small, it was very practical. Considering the value for money, the services and amenities were worth the price. Thus, I will definitely rebook in this hotel next time.

The location was good, close to the tram and metro. Breakfast was good. Daily room service and the front desk were helpful they organized a night cruise. Walking distance to the Suleimania mosque. They also were able to assist with bag storage after checking out. They gave us early check-in, which we were grateful for.

The staff was excellent, very kind and always at our service. The location is perfect — the hotel is on a street with terraces where you can eat cheaply, and it’s close to the bazaar. The bed linen and towels were clean, and the rooms were tidy. For more demanding guests, the breakfast could be more varied.
