Returned to the hotel after about a month, despite the expensive price. . Staff is usually pleasant and kind.. Great location, clean, large rooms, large bathroom. Kitchenette with microwave

Location is great! Close to tube, supermarket and shopping areas. All walkable distance. Luggage storage is provided and staff is also very nice, offering suggestions on where to go for our meals. Room is also clean though not very big and given the location, the price is also not cheap.

Great location (Soho); good price for a hotel in an expensive city like London. The room was small but I'm guessing it was average for London. We appreciated the queen-sized bed and also the room arrangement that made the most of the space, with a small kitchen area behind a sliding door including microwave, fridge, dishes/glasses/silverware, coffee, etc. This was great for having a quick breakfast before spending the day sightseeing. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They offered to store a portable wheelchair for us without us even having to ask (saved space in the room!) and they went out of their way to help us get a cab to the airport during a citywide transit strike--no easy feat!
