The Soul Istanbul Hotel

The hotel is in a good area, close to Taksim Square, it’s clean, the rooms look good and the staff is really helpful

The staff were excellent and very helpful, especially with contacting Istanbul airport trying to repatriate our missing case 👏👏

Great location and breakfast, quiet room

The location was great - the neighbourhood is really cute and felt safe to walk around. The hotel itself was very nice - it was comfortable and clean. I would recommend it!

Great little hotel. The best location. And the staff brilliant

The staff was amazing. I forgot something in my room and they sent it by post. Super communication during stay with all of them.

We had an excellent stay at the Soul Hotel, it was in a lovely neighbourhood full of antique shops, coffee places and restaurants. Our room, the downstairs suite, was amazing, and the staff were very helpful.

Great room, comfortable beds, attentive staff

We had the largest room and it was great for the 5 nights we stayed there. I was trevelling with my mom so we each had our own space.

Very nice, modern, clean with a great location

Nice comfortable place for a stopover

The room is well organized and clean. The AC and shower work well. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Very comfortable hotel with helpful and very friendly staff. Gorgeous breakfast!

This is a great choice if you want to be in the heart of the city. The location is very central and convenient to reach the main attractions on foot or by public transport. The neighborhood has every possible convenience — shops, cafés, and restaurants all around. Breakfast is tasty and abundant, with plenty of options even for vegetarians like me. The staff are friendly and always ready to help, which makes the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Rooms are clean and comfortable; mine was well equipped and beautifully designed, with a charming mix of ancient character and modern style. Overall, a very good stay that I truly recommend.

Great location, great people.

Quiet and calm boutique hotel in a cute and local area. Very beautiful room, excellent bed and pillows, very good toilet and shower. The room was in the first floor facing the inner yard so there was no view, but it wasn't a problem for me since I was mostly out anyway. I had breakfast once and it was very generous and well priced for 10 euros. The staff was always ready to help and they had great local recommendations for restaurants.

Central, safe location. Friendly, helpful staff. Room as pictured for the most part. They organized taxi transport to the airport. The metro is in walking distance as well.
