Gary 10.0

This wasn’t the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I chose it again having had such a wonderful experience a year ago. I will of course continue to use this hotel. Should I be travelling to Stratford. The hotel itself is conveniently located for both shops and leisure facilities in a local area and handy for transport links. The rooms are brilliantly comfortable with excellent toiletries within the bathroom, and the general atmosphere within the hotel is extremely pleasant. The staff were friendly and very quick to fix any issues that I had, on this occasion one of the light switches wasn’t working quite properly a small issue that was fixed immediately. I was staying at the hotel during a local event that was taking place which was also using the hotel however this was not anything that had any impacts at all so didn’t concern me in the slightest and the hotel managed this really well to make sure other guests were not impacted.

This is the third time we've stayed at the Stratford and each time has been wonderful. Beds are super comfy, the rooms are very modern and I love the waterfall shower. We were able to check in a little earlier this time as our room happened to be ready which was a nice bonus this time.

The service was excellent. When we first arrived, we were assigned a room facing the courtyard, likely because we had requested a quiet room. However, I felt uncomfortable as it didn’t have any views to the outside, so I asked if we could change rooms. A female staff member was very friendly and helpful — she quickly arranged another room for us, had the new keys delivered promptly, and even checked in after we’d moved. Truly outstanding service, I really appreciated that.

This is my third stay at the hotel and I’ve tried different rooms. Every time has been excellent. The rooms are spacious, very clean, with a super comfortable bed. What really makes the difference is the staff – they are incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which always makes the stay feel welcoming.

The bedroom was a very good size, a comfortable temperature and contained everything we needed. The bathroom was particularly nice, and the washing products were excellent. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Travelled from Edinburgh to Kings Cross 1st class train. Then across the road to catch the HS1 which is 0ne stop and about 7 minutes to Stratford International, and right outside the Stratford Hotel.
