The location of the hotel is excellent. Staff are very receptive and quick to help out. I noted that our room fan was not working well and they fixed it within a couple of hours. The rooms were clean and well laid out, the staff were exceptional, and the location is great. There is a taxi ring and metro stop nearby so transport is quite good.

The reception staff were really helpful, friendly, and informative- a wonderful lady during the day (apologies for not getting your name) as well as Moestafa on the night shift. They provided a warm welcome, great communication, and assisted with all our requests. The hotel itself is modern and the room well equipped with toiletries, bar fridge and coffee station

This was our second stay at the Westist Hotel and we had a great stay this time around too. The hotel is centrally located steps away from the action of Istiklal Street with Galata Tower and Taksim Square within a few minutes walk. As I was travelling with older family members, the flat terrain and taxi rink at the back of the hotel were added plus points. The rooms were well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay and were very clean. However, what made us come back here for our second stay was the warmth and kindness of the hotel staff. Especially Mustafa who was always there with a ready smile and kind welcome. His suggestions for things to do and restaurants to try were the highlight of our trip and we knew we could count on him if we needed anything. I highly recommend this hotel!

Cute little boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Are is a little bit loud at night but you should expect that for staying so close to taksim etc. overall lovely hotel and really pleasant and friendly staff.

Great choice budget hotel in a relatively quiet side road near the hustle and belle of Taksim. Plenty of shopping and dining around. Staff was very friendly, especially Mustafa at the reception.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Beyoğlu, yet the hotel feels calm and private. The design is stylish, boutique, and cozy, perfect for a city trip. The spa and common areas are very well kept. Above all, the staff made a real difference – Sinem and Mustafa were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made our stay even more special.
