The Windermere Hotel, London

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. I didn't have an adapter — they assisted me in resolving this issue, even though it was not part of their duties. Everyone was very kind. The hotel is nice and cozy. The room, bed linen, and shower were all clean and freshly washed every day. There was quite a large breakfast menu selection: from the classic English breakfast to my favorite oatmeal porridge. The coffeew was good. Despite the hotel being close to historic landmarks, the hotel is in a safe and quiet area, which is very important in a busy big city.

We had a great stay for one evening. The hotel was central, clean and had everything we needed in the room. The staff were all lovely. For the really Good price we really weren’t expecting such a good experience and will definitely book again

Very friendly Service and staff

- Comfortable beds - Really good location near Victoria Station, in a really quiet neighbourhood. Our room was on the third floor and we did not hear a single noise from the street. - A couple of nice restaurants closeby

Very friendly staff. Room smelt nice and was lovely and warm. I slept well! Breakfast was really lovely.

The property was located in a quiet residential area but an easy walk to Victoria, the underground and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless. The breakfast was very tasty with very efficient service.

Excellent location for visiting many London neighbourhoods with underground or by bus. Lovely traditional room with character and plenty of storage for luggage. Attentive staff at breakfast (female stafff were warm and friendly) once served and lovely name tags each morning on the table. Vegan options available. Housecleaner took our bags down stairs - very nice last touch that made us feel valued.
