The location was excellent. The room was comfortable. The bar was cosy and good to sit in. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We originally had an accessible room but when it wasn’t available when we got there (which was 30 min before check-in) we were offered another room but was warned that the room was small and let me say it was probably the smallest room I’ve ever been in! It didn’t bother us though, but be forewarned that small room means small room. It was cute though and the highlight for us would have been how nice the staff was. The location is across the street from the police station and a pub. Super convenient.

Excellent location. It was great to be able to hop on the tube to go to the O2 arena. Perfect for the theatre district and soho area. The staff and security were nice and friendly. The room was always nice and clean, and I liked being able to choose between different lighting settings and temperature for the air conditioning unit in the room.

The hotel had breakfast, coffee, danish pastry, heated cheese & Tomato wraps, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, enjoyable and sufficient, fair price for London. the staff were friendly, polite and helpful, Rob was a good egg. The location was excellent for the West End and Convent Garden. the hotel did a free wine and cheese tasting on the Saturday evening, we did not participate but it looked well attended with a good range of food and drink.
