The service exceeded our expectations, Ibrahim and the butler team was amazing. The facilities were excellent and the room was perfect. We stayed at the signature suite. It has 2 rooms with complete bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and a toilet in that area, perfect for a family.

John, Sahin, Ibrahim, and Nisrin were simply the best.They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, treating us like family. Sahin was especially caring towards my son, treating him like a little brother—a gesture that truly made our stay memorable The hotel itself is situated in a fantastic location and exudes luxury. From the moment I arrived, Nisren ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, especially during my recovery after surgery. Her attention to detail and genuine care made me feel completely at ease. Mourad was equally amazing, always delivering my food requests promptly and with a warm smile. He made sure that my dietary requirements were met, often going the extra mile to ensure everything was just right. Their professionalism and kindness truly set this hotel apart. The hotel itself is beautiful, offering a luxurious and comfortable environment. However, it was the staff who made my experience unforgettable.
