Great little boutique hotel . Very well equipped . Even had a little kitchen area. Everything had been thought about in my opinion, mirrors, lighting, all good and in right place for a change . Close to Hyde park/ Kensington & tube. Would definitely stay again .

The location is excellent, very accessible by tube and bus. Staff were so kind and accommodating. You are required to drop off your room key at reception when you leave and pick up again when you return, this was super easy and there were no issues at all. The common areas are comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved the garden so much! I feel that it was great value for money and would book again, but ask for a different room.

Beautiful building, close to Tube. Everything you need at end of road (pubs, restaurants, groceries.) Tiny single en-suite room with eclectic furniture. Despite size, had TV, Kettle, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster and everything you could need to stay longer.

Great staff, felt safe in the area and hotel. Was able to leave my luggage after check out, which was very convenient. Early check-in was also possible.

Small single room but with a lot in it. I stayed only one night so did not use cooking facilities, all of which were very clean, Ample tea and coffee sachets. Staff at reception polite and efficient, 15 minutes walk to Paddington. Reasonably priced for location. I did not have breakfast, but pleasant small dining room/bar. 24 hour reception, and, returning from dinner after midnight was offered beer from bar if required. This would be a great place to stay on a budget for anyone who wants to cater for themselves for some meals.
