Location next to Leicester Square was excellent but the best part of the stay was the staff. A young Indian lady and gent were absolutely superb, helpful and informative. Svetlana was also excellent. It makes such a difference when you enter a hotel and are greeted by genuine smiles and helpful attitudes. I think their names were Apanaya and Dhruv but dont quote me on that. We will definitely be stopping there again.

Location is great. Metro is just a minute away. Central location to most places to visit. Room is decent in size. Bathroom and toilet is alright. Front desk personnel are very courteous and always smiling.
