W Istanbul

EXTREMELY helpful and caring employees ( be it the employees at front desk, concierge, restaurant,...). Frankly speaking, I really felt pampered. Nice lounge atmosphere at the restaurant, wonderful breakfast with choice of dishes to order as well. I liked the WhatsApp application to communicate with the hotel 24/7 in seconds. I appreciated that, as they had arranged for taxi transportation to go back to the airport, my luggage was already on board of the taxi as I arrived in the lobby. As I forgot a jacket in the wardrobe, I contacted the hotel via the WhatsApp after reaching my final destination and they arranged for my jacket to be delivered in 24 hours. Hence a very professional and class hotel.

The hotel's location is amazing! Everything is at a walking distance : coffee shops, restaurants, shops (fast fashion and luxury/ high end ones), city's nisantasi mall, tram station .. and so on. The staff is very professional and nice. There's nothing we didn't like about the hotel. It is not my first time in this hotel, and would definitely not be my last.

The location is great, I have a room facing the Bosphorus so even better. The staff was friendly. In Besiltas, close to Orthakoy and Nisantasi and walking distance to ferry station.

Location is great , staff are super friendly especially Zeynep and Barakh , this stay is my tenth stay in W İstanbul and will be always a loyal resident at W Istanbul

The hotel position is in a nice area especially for people who want to visit and enjoy the city. The staff is really kind and do their best to make you feel home

Service!! The front desk staff were amazing. They offered us 50% on a room upgrade and late checkout until 3. Very cooperative and hospitable.
