The location is perfect and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful — from the reception to the breakfast team, everyone was always smiling and ready to assist. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the Deluxe Corner Room we had was beautiful and spacious. Overall, we felt very comfortable and welcomed. Excellent value for money!

My friend and I accidentally booked an economy room without a window, which was very uncomfortable and stuffy. However, we stayed there for only one night, and the next day they moved us to a better room for the same price. Darko from Belgrade works at the hotel, and he was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. It was really nice to speak our language and feel like we had someone from back home at the hotel. All compliments to him — we truly hope he succeeds in finding what he’s looking for in Istanbul. The rooms are clean and overall the hotel is good.

The hotel has a wonderful location, and you can reach beautiful Nişantaşı in just 5 minutes on foot ☺️ The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Every request was attended to with great helpfulness and attention 🌸 A very special thank you to Aishe at the reception 🙏🏻 she takes care of her guests professionally and with great dedication, ensuring my stay was wonderful. 🙂 The rooms were also very clean and were always cleaned perfectly throughout my entire stay. I would come back anytime.

The breakfast was excellent, and I would especially like to highlight Mr. Burak, who was always smiling and ready to assist us with anything we needed. All praise for his efforts. The rest of the staff was also very kind and professional. The hotel’s location is very convenient. I had read some reviews beforehand and expected a worse experience, but the hotel had a perfectly normal and easy access. In front of the hotel, there are two cats, a mother and her kitten, which made our stay even more special. I hope the hotel staff continues to take good care of them. The rooms were satisfactory in terms of both size and cleanliness.

I love this hotel! It's my second time staying here and I will return each time when I visit Istanbul. The location is perfect for me. The hotel has a sauna and pool, as well as beautiful accommodations. It's comfortable and easy for me to rest and also explore and walk the streets of Istanbul! The staff are very kind and helpful.
