The staff are polite, professional, and genuinely kind. The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything you could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location is perfect. The rooftop bar with breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the evening is a solid 10 out of 10!

Such a warm welcome from all the staff and this continued throughout our stay. Breakfast was delightful each morning and had plenty of choice. The room was well presented and cleaned each day to a good standard. Great location for easy access to sights and metro stop close by. An excellent stay.

My stay at this lovely family run hotel was absolutely wonderful! The host was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was homemade and delicious. You can really feel the personal touch and care in every detail. I can’t wait to come back.

Room was spacious, breakfast was excellent, and staff (front desk staff, bar, breakfast staff) were are very personable and helpful. We appreciated the welcome drink and enjoyed the views. Pillows were good. Location was excellent and we really appreciated the Istanbulcart they provided.

With all honesty, I can recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone wanting to book. This was a 10/10 stay for us! Simply said: Incredibly friendly staff, very clean room, tasty breakfast, great location and just generally good quality. And since it was so good I believe it also calls for a detailed review, so if interested you can read below: The staff was, and I can't even describe how much, incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. From reception to breakfast to bar, really, they were genuinely amazing. Our room was exceptionally clean and the cleaning staff was also very nice to us. The room was rather quiet at night too, nice to sleep in, very comfortable bed, small cute balcony. The breakfast was really good, a mix of traditional and modern, salty and sweet, and what we believe were very fresh ingredients. I imagine there's something for everyone's taste. Coffee, and a variety of teas and juices. They also served "warm plates" like scrambled or fried eggs and "cold plates" like yogurt (which was really good) amongst others that you could order from a menu. It's on the 6th floor if I remember correctly, so there's a fantastic view up there too. The same space serves as a bar at night and they provided us with 2 free drinks with our stay. There was also a small platform one could walk up on to overlook the city. It was mere minutes from the Galata Tower (which is great especially at evening to night hours) so the location is also amazing. The walk to the other side (where Hagia Sophia is etc.) is also a very good route and if you're not really up for walking, there's really good public transport.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They told us the best way to get to certain places around Istanbul and they offered us a metro card which we used during our stay. Breakfast was lovely and the complimentary drink on arrival was a bonus. The hotel was close walking distance to Galata tower, shopping precinct around Taksim square and many restaurants and dessert places close by. Only a few tram stops away from the old town.
