The location and services

Very good location to all the major attractions. Very helpful staff. Lovely complementary teatime on the rooftop in the early evening overlooking the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Nice basic Turkish breakfast to fuel the day.

The location was amazing! The tram station was literally just a few steps outside the front door of the hotel. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Basilica Cisterns were each short walks.

The staff is exceptional ! One of the most helpful people in Istanbul . They are extremely courteous! The room was great, and a wonderful terrace reoftop accessible 24/7. But I would rate it highly

Location and the view

The staff were absolutely amazing…warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was small but comfortable, with air conditioning and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn’t be better right in front of the Blue Mosque. The rooftop view was simply unbeatable; you don’t need to pay for any other viewpoint to enjoy such beauty.

Big thanks to Yusuf! Their service was excellent. not just because they’re kind, but because the quality of service was genuinely great.

Amazing service, great location couldn’t be better. all the little things were taken meticulous care of. Airport transfer assistance, bell boys, housekeeping were all great. Loved the attention to detail in things that are mundane but matter to travellers. Free snacks at check in, the ability to have a beautiful rooftop lounge to sit around in and a very warm reception staff.

Staff was amazing. They were attentive of our needs. Breakfast was very good. Location was convenient, close to attractions. Wonderful view of Blue Mosque.

Amazing location and great staff!

Great location, staff spoke english and were easy to understand and very helpful. We had to leave early one morning before breakfast was to be served, so they made the 5 of us sandwiches to take. Great roof terrace with beautiful views day and night.

Clean and perfect location

Location was excellent and great value for money. The staff were beyond helpful. They specifically got me gluten free bread after I requested it. The rooftop terrace for drinks was amazing with a superb view of The Blue Mosque. Breakfast was very fresh and provided some local options.

A diamond in the city center with a breathtaking view from the terrace, we loved the staff, very polite and helpful! very good breakfast with a wide variety. We will definitely come back and stay here again! Thank you Miraj, Yunus and Azat who made our stay special!

Convenient location. 15 mins walking distance to all the major sights to see. Tram stops right outside. Restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets books within 5 minute walk. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Endless coffee, tea, sherbet drink and cake in the lobby 24/7. Breakfast selection was wide and varied. Bed was comfortable.
