Even though it was self checking there was quick contact with the owner when required. Flight of stairs. Bus stop to the city very close. Ample parking on-site.

Easy parking. An easy 30-minute walk into the heart of York. Spacious with lots of storage facilities. Quiet location but close to main road and there was an Aldi nearby There was a fridge in the lounge, which was good to put milk and things in.

The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding and pillows if needed. The room was tidy and clean and had everything needed in the way of tea, coffee, etc, with extra supplies in the lobby. The leaflets with information about York attractions etc were a nice touch. Although we didn't need it, we liked the fact that there was the option to leave our bags in the building after check-out if we weren't travelling until later in the day. The self-service check-in/check-out was simple and well explained.

Great location, clean room and comfortable bed.

It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The check in was seamless and the location, a 20 minute walk from the city was perfect for us.

Loved how it was private access an how we could use the tv to our own advantage

Great location, short walk to York city centre. Lovely spacious room with everything you need. Free parking on site a real bonus. Tony was only a phone call away if you needed anything.

The location of the house was perfect, 15 minute bus journey into town, the room itself was perfect for what we needed. Very tidy, clean and comfy

Location. Easy check-in and check-out. Parking spot. Tissue box in the room. Enough pillows.

Check in was very easy, the instructions supplied were simple to follow. The room was very clean and comfortable as it should be. Ample towels and washing accessories. We would return if we're back in the area again.

It had everything we needed, in a nice quiet location, bus stop just at the end of the road and free parking.

Great location with off road parking. Bus just five mins away to take you to the city

Good location and bus routes into the city centre. Spacious rooms and good facilities. Good access routine and parking space. Warm rooms on a cold weekend. Would definitely recommend.
