Kingsley Hotel

A wonderfully warm welcome, I had the option to choose my own room which was lovely. The room was clean, good shower pressure and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. A spread of cereals, pastries and fruit that was so sweet and ripe, I couldn't stop eating it! A full English followed with sausages and bacon straight from the landlady's husbands butcher shop. A very enjoyable stay indeed.

Really lovely! Incredible breakfast, comfy room, and a very pleasant owner.

Clean and well equipped. Breakfast was outstanding. Sue was very friendly and welcoming

I arrived later than planned and Alan was very accommodating, providing me with plates and cutlery for me to order a takeaway to my room. The hotel was spotless, very quiet and the room just right - comfy, clean, toiletries provided, tea and coffee. Breakfast provided was a choice of both cooked and Continental, and fruit, with a large pot of tea and juice. Alan and Sue who I met were both lovely and friendly.

Felt like a traditional British seaside hotel and it was lovely. I wasn't on holiday (just needed a bed for the night) but I felt like I was! I have very high standards of cleanliness and I thought it was very clean. Contintental and cooked breakfast - cooked to order, with a vegetarian option. Really comfy bed. I don't normally sleep well in hotels but I slept well. Room wasn't too hot or cold as can be the case in many hotels. Warm and welcoming hosts. Lovely people!

Owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent

The hotel was perfect for our overnight stop. Clean and with everything we needed with a lovely hostess and an exceptional breakfast. This homely hotel is close to some local bars and restaurants and the magnificent beach.

Location was fantastic, nice and close to the beach. The owner, a very lovely lady making sure you are felt welcome and the breakfast was spot on, a selection of continental with an included option of an English breakfast which if I had a guess would say the bacon and sausages were from a butchers.

Very clean. Good location. Very comfortable bed, good heating. Excellent fresh breakfast. Lovely Host, very welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Our hostess Sue was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. A five minute walk to the beach and surrounding areas make it a great centre for a trip.

Its well maintained and the property owner was kind and hospitable.

Great location for the town access to theatre

Lovely old building , very well maintained and extremely clean

The owner Sue was the most friendly and welcoming host ever. Nothing was too much trouble, and she really cares about looking after her guests. The hotel is located on a quiet road, and was very warm and cosy. Room 2, with large windows, sofa, double and single beds, was light and roomy. Excellent breakfast. 10 mins walk to the clifftop walks or down to the prom.
