Overdale Room Only

Lovely place to stay and what a warm welcome we received from our host will definitely be staying again

We loved every single thing! From the warm welcome to the beautiful huge bedroom, the position AND the parking!

Can't fault this place, it exceeded our expectations and thevfree parking wasxa bonus. Situated 15mins from the harbour, downhill , it could be a bit of a struggle on the way back up for some.

My room was The Darcy Room. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower was excellent and I enjoyed being able to make a drink of tea in my room in the morning. The host Lady was lovely. She told me a bit about the history of the house because I am very interested in history and architecture. The house has impressive decorative features which made my stay more interesting. The geographic location is good. I was able to stroll through the park before making my way into the centre of the town. I chose Overdale partly because I could easily park my car outside and also because the room is spacious and beautifully decorated. The little details matter.

Very comfortable, warm and welcoming.

Breakfast was fine to start the day. The house sign was particularly good as it made it easy to find the house especially as the location is on a busy road.

Hosts were friendly. Car parking was brilliant. Room was lovely and well decorated. The sofa was a bonus.

Lovely friendly host the room was clean and comfortable the tea and coffee was replenished daily along with biscuits.

Very comfortable good location really friendly owners

Its a great location only 15 minute walk from the centre of town. Parking was in-front of the property. You need to be aware its an older building so you need to be able to walk up stairs to your room (we were on the second floor). Very quite and good size room and facilities. The host was very helpful and made sure everything was as we needed.

Great communication right from the start . Lovely welcome on arrival. Every where spotlessly clean. Room is a good size. Everything needed was there. We both had a cracking stay and had the added bonus of free parking .

The property was spotless and in a great location with parking. We enjoyed the breakfast basket and the owners Jayne and Keith were very helpful.

Everything! Very friendly and helpful owners who were extremely welcoming in their beautifully furnished and comfortable home. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful room and large bed , a very warm greeting and a tasty breakfast basket delivered to the bedroom in request.

Spacious room. Spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful hosts. Car parking. Short walk into town centre.
